Terms of Use (EULA)

These Terms of Use and End User License Agreement ("Terms") govern your use of the WhoSaid mobile application ("App"), developed by DeğerKat ("Company", "we", "us"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms.

1. Description of the Service

WhoSaid lets you record meetings and conversations, transcribe recordings automatically, separate speakers, and generate AI summaries.

2. Recording and Lawful Use

Recording audio is subject to the laws of your jurisdiction. Before recording a conversation, it is your responsibility to inform the relevant parties and obtain any required consent where necessary. You agree not to use the App unlawfully.

3. Credits, Minute Packs, and Subscriptions

WhoSaid runs on a credit (minutes) basis. New users may receive a certain amount of free usage. For additional usage:

• Minute packs (consumable): One-time purchases that are consumed as you use them; they do not auto-renew.
• Pro / Business subscriptions (auto-renewable): Subject to the subscription terms below.

4. Subscription Terms (Auto-Renewable Subscriptions)

• Payment: Payment is charged to your Apple ID account upon confirmation of purchase.
• Auto-renewal: The subscription automatically renews unless it is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Renewal charge: The renewal fee is charged within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
• Management and cancellation: You can manage or cancel your subscription after purchase in Settings > (your Apple ID) > Subscriptions on your device.
• Free trial (if offered): Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
• Pricing: The current subscription name, length, and price are shown in the App before purchase.

Purchases are processed through the Apple App Store; refunds are subject to Apple's applicable policies.

5. Apple Standard License Agreement

Your use of this App is also subject to Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement (Standard EULA). In the event of any conflict between these Terms and the Apple Standard EULA, Apple's minimum terms shall prevail.

6. Intellectual Property

All rights in the App and its content belong to the Company. Content you create — such as recorded audio and generated transcripts/summaries — belongs to you, and you are solely responsible for it.

7. Limitation of Liability

The App is provided "as is". Transcripts and AI summaries may contain errors; you are advised to verify content for critical decisions. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Company shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms take effect when published on this page.
